I thought that I would send out a note to see about this issue and how many people know about it. When my son told me about this type of licensing on this site, I dropped my jaw. There is so much to photography and I for one choose not to let go of my Art to anyone for their own use. According to Wikipedia: A Creative Commons (CC) license is one of several public copyright licenses that enable the free distribution of an otherwise copyrighted work. A CC license is used when an author wants to give people the right to share, use, and build upon a work that they have created.

Now I am just learning about this and it troubles me that if the correct choices are not made on this site, this site may or may not allow someone to take from you your precious work, edit your photo and repost it as their own.
If you don't want to allow this you have to go into your site settings and make sure that you have it marked correctly, to keep others from doing just that.
Now there are two ways of doing this.
First, if you already have photographs with or without a copy right on them, you can click the photograph and pull it up.
Next you go and click on the EDIT button to the upper right side of the page.
Then, go all the way down to the OPTIONS button below your photograph.
Click on the PUBLISHING OPTIONS button located there.
Click on LICENSE, Default button.
When you click on it, it will give you 3 questions.
If you choose NOT to allow anyone to use your photography, mark all the answers NO.
If you choose to allow Creative Commons, mark them YES.
You need to go back into your photo's and check those settings on each one.
It is my understanding that DA allows Creative Commons practices unless you stipulate otherwise.
Let me know if this is helpful information.
